Moringa drumsticks & Shrimp chemicals tastes delicious.
One of the combinations that I love most is Moringa & Shrimps. I make currys and stir fries with them. This time I did this Kerala style aviyal.
Aviyal is a traditional vegetarian kerala dish made of mixed vegetables and ground coconut. It is one of the dishes served in Sadhya.
I used the similar Aviyal recipe: the shrimp, Moringa & Raw -Mangos cooked, ground coconut added and cooked for a few minutes. It got delicious and I enjoyed it with Kerala Matta rice.
