Is there a hack that accelerates your metabolism and helps you lose weight? You may have read that intermittent fasting can change your metabolism or that you can burn more calories if you only eat in the morning. Some people even claim that the length of their fasting can change the way their body controls the glucose friction.
Is it true? So far it looks like the answer is “no”. Clinical studies indicate that intermittent fasting helps you lose weight, but it is not because it optimizes your metabolic process. The real reason is that if you stick to your time -limited meal plan, you have fewer options for snack.
The time of day you eat doesn’t matter, only the length of your dining window. While some people may be disappointed to find out that there is no magical abbreviation cut, they are really good news. It means that if you stick to your window size, it makes no difference if you do it a day or when your dining window starts at a different time every day. As long as you adhere to a defined duration in the long run, it helps you to reduce snacks and unconscious food.
Find out what the proof with Georg Hafner, PhD is, is it important when you break your fast?
